Hinged secondary glazing can be hung from either the side or top of an existing window’s frame, unobtrusive with no transoms or mullions at risk of interfering with established sightlines when fully shut. They are typically designed and fitted to open inwards, ideal for safe ventilation, but a factor worth considering by installers any present curtains or blinds.
The Classic Collection represents Incarnation’s standard range of secondary glazing solutions, well-suited to installers seeking an ideal solution to insulate Listed buildings and rural properties. The collection features every conceivable secondary glazing configuration for every type of project. Ranging from Lift out, Fixed, Hinged, and more.

Extras
While the idea behind secondary glazing is for it to go unnoticed, there are several extras we can incorporate into our units while still maintaining this sentiment. Fly screens, for example, are a completely clear addition that allows properties to be easily ventilated, simultaneously preventing flies and bugs from getting in. Equally, units can be supplied in any desired shape with arches, helping you to accommodate even the most awkward of aperture sizes.
